ABSTRACTConsumerism becomes a mainstream because of its identical with human and someonecan be a consumer or business sector in the other times. Nevertheless, both consumers andbusiness sectors less understand their rights, obligation and responsibility.Santosa Hotel is one business sector running in hotel-service. The responsibility ofbusiness sector toward consumers loss imposed to the service based on the mistakes, dereclition,deformity and misinformation for consumer.The hotel has run its responsibility as the statement in section 19 act number 8/1999about consumerism.Key Words : Consumer, Business sector, Responsibility, disadvantages.
