PRO: The Dallas Cowboys signed Darrion Weems on Dec. 5, 2012 with intentions of developing the young
tackle and give the club depth insurance on the offensive line. He entered the league as a 2012 rookie free
agent with the Minnesota Vikings but bounced around the practice squads of the New England Patriots,
Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos. Dallas eventually signed him from Denver’s practice squad. He spent
2012 and 2013 in Dallas as a reserve offensive lineman and gameday inactive but suffered a shoulder injury
in training camp that landed him on Reserve/Injured for the 2014 season. He returns to full health in 2015
and will again compete for a backup tackle spot.

• Signed to Denver’s practice squad 2 where he remained for two months before signing to Dallas’ active roster.
• Was inactive for the final four games of the season while on the Cowboys roster.
