three touchdowns.<br />

• Started three of the 13 games he played as a junior and had eight catches for 95 yards.<br />

• Played in 11 games as a sophomore and caught two passes for 20 yards.<br />

• Saw time in 10 games as a freshman, catching one pass for 15 yards.<br />

PERSONAL:<br />

• First-team all-state as a senior captain at Strongsville, Ohio, High School, finishing his prep career with 119<br />

catches for 1,189 yards and 23 touchdowns, earning letters all four years.<br />

• As a senior, caught 55 passes for 887 yards and 11 touchdowns.<br />

• Also lettered for Strongville’s basketball team.<br />

• Majored in communications studies at Iowa.<br />

COLLEGE:<br />

• In four seasons (three at Miami, one at Kansas), caught 273 passes for 3,636 yards and 28 touchdowns.<br />

• Voted team captain as a redshirt senior and caught 44 passes for 470 yards and five touchdowns.<br />

• Transferred to Kansas as a senior and sat out one season due to NCAA transfer rules.<br />

• As a junior, finished final campaign at Miami (Ohio) University second on the team with 68 catches and first<br />

with 870 yards with eight touchdowns.<br />

• As a sophomore starting 10-of-11 games, named Sports Illustrated All-American and first-team All-Mac,<br />

catching a school-record 97 passes for 1,425 yards and nine touchdowns.<br />

• As a freshman, played in all 14 games and posted 64 catches for 871 yards and six touchdowns, five runs<br />

for 21 yards, three kickoff returns for seven yards and two punt returns for nine.<br />

• Attended the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School in Colorado Springs, Colorado prior to starting<br />

his football career at Miami University.<br />

PERSONAL:<br />

• Was a standout receiver at Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas, finishing his senior year with 50 catches<br />

for 690 yards and seven touchdowns.<br />

• Has a daughter, Kali Rose.<br />

• Earned a degree in liberal arts and science with an emphasis on African American science.<br />
