Garza came to Dallas after serving as the running<br />

backs and quarterbacks coach for the<br />

Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL in 2004. Prior<br />

to returning to Canada, he was the quarterbacks<br />

coach at the University of Texas – El Paso for four<br />

years (2000-03). In 1998 Garza was the receivers<br />

coach for Saskatchewan before being promoted to<br />

quarterbacks/receivers coach in 1999. He began<br />

his coaching career at his alma mater as UTEP’s<br />

defensive graduate assistant in 1996 before moving<br />

to wide receivers coach in 1997.<br />

Garza was selected in the eighth round by the<br />

Seattle Seahawks in 1987 as a quarterback, but<br />

Justin Stucky joined the Cowboys Scouting<br />

Department as the club’s college scouting intern in July<br />

2009. He was a college scouting assistant in 2011,<br />

became the team’s combine scout in May 2012 and<br />

for the <strong>2015</strong> season, was named the northeast area<br />

scout. In his role as combine scout, Stucky covered<br />

the midwest region, compiling and generating draft<br />

prospect scouting information for National Football<br />

actually spent the season with the St. Louis<br />

Cardinals, seeing action in two games. He then<br />

spent seven years playing in the CFL – six with<br />

Winnipeg (1989-94) and one with Ottawa (1995).<br />

Collegiately, Garza was one of the most prolific<br />

passers in UTEP history where he still ranks second<br />

in completions (483) and completion percentage<br />

(59.1%) and fourth in attempts (817), passing yards<br />

(6,130) and touchdown passes (35).<br />

A native of Corpus Christi, Garza (7/10/65)<br />

received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from<br />

UTEP in 1995. He and wife Barbara have three sons,<br />

Callen, Shane and Jack, and a daughter, Hailey.<br />

Kevin Simon joined the Cowboys Scouting<br />

Department in February, 2009 as a scout administered<br />

by the National Scouting Combine. He was<br />

moved to midwest area scout in 2012.<br />

Prior to joining the Cowboys, Simon finished his<br />

second season as a graduate assistant/linebackers<br />

coach at his alma mater, the University of<br />

Tennessee.<br />

In 2006, Simon was drafted in the seventh round<br />

(252nd overall) by the Washington Redskins.<br />

Simon played linebacker at the University of<br />

Tennessee and was named All-SEC in 2003 and<br />

2005. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology<br />

in 2005 and earned a master's degree in<br />

kinesiology with a concentration in sport psychology<br />

from the University of Tennessee in 2014.<br />

Simon attended De La Salle Catholic High<br />

School in Concord, CA from 1997-01. He was a part<br />

of the school’s national record 151-game winning<br />

streak that stretched from 1992-04. He was also a<br />

part of two national championship teams as voted by<br />

USA Today in 1997 and 2000. Simon was a USA<br />

Today All-America and Rivals National Defensive<br />

Player of the Year in 2000.<br />

Simon (6/12/83), and his wife, Heather, have<br />

four children, Taneisha, Tamia, Kenneth and Bryson.<br />

Scouts, Inc. He will now serve as a club scout for the<br />

northeast area of the country. Stucky graduated from<br />

Kansas with a degree in sports management and a<br />

minor in business, where he was a freshman walk-on<br />

safety.<br />

Stucky and his wife, Katie, reside in Dallas with<br />

their dog, Mculley.
