3.5.5 Cabin crew briefings should prioritize all relevant conditions that exist for the departure. They should
include, but not be limited to:
a) assignment of take-off/landing positions;
b) review of emergency equipment;
c) passengers requiring special attention;
d) the silent review process;
Note.— The silent review process is the self-review of individual actions in the event of emergencies.
e) review of applicable emergencies;
f) security or service-related topics that may impact on passenger or crew safety; and
g) any additional information provided by the operator, including review of new procedures, equipment and
systems.
