aren’t Skype users

RECENTLY, MICROSOFT ADDED a new feature to Skype that lets
anyone join a conversation (go.pcworld.com/skypeforall) even if you
aren’t a Skype user. Personally, I’d be hard pressed to find someone I
know without a Skype account. Nevertheless, it’s a good feature to
have ready just in case.
The new Skype feature is available now for U.S. users, but you have
to activate it first. There may be a more official way to get it working,
