How is <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>ir collective bargaining power in <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> face <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> digital<br />

platform ‘employers’ to be streng<str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>ned?<br />

<strong>—</strong> how is job-destructive competiti<strong>on</strong> between a regulated <strong>labour</strong><br />

market <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> a n<strong>on</strong>-regulated parallel <strong>labour</strong> market to be avoided?<br />

4. In society as a whole what steps can be taken to ensure that digitalisati<strong>on</strong><br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>ec<strong>on</strong>omy</str<strong>on</strong>g> does not result in polarisati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> growing inequality<br />
