The Ceremonies were guided by
Padmashree Bansi Kaul, noted theatre
director and play writer, who worked
as the Creative Consultant for OC-
SAG. He designed and conceptualized
the production of the Opening and the
Closing Ceremonies under the guidance
& overall supervision of a Creative Core
Committee comprising Mr. Jahnu Barua,
noted film-maker, Mr. Pranjal Saikia,
actor; Mr. Dulal Roy, theatre personality;
Padmashree Ranjana Gauhar, leading
exponent of Classical dance form Odhisi;
Padmashree Niel Nongkynrih, Founder
Shillong Chamber Choir and Mr. Lou
Majaw, Performing Artist.
