In addition to these benefits, Tassal<br />
provides employees with maternity and<br />
paternity leave payment provisions that<br />
are higher than the current regulated<br />
standards; the ability to apply for<br />
extended leave without pay and birthday<br />
leave – allowing all employees below Senior<br />
Management to have an extra day off to enjoy<br />
their birthday. The senior management team<br />
supports anti-domestic violence with additional<br />
leave entitlements (domestic violence leave) and<br />
onsite White Ribbon Day events.<br />
We strongly believe that in addition to being an ASX<br />
listed organisation, we are a collective of individuals<br />

Our service reward and recognition program<br />
acknowledges the service and contribution of staff at<br />
five, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service milestones.<br />
As an organisation we understand that we are not perfect<br />
and improvement is always a work in progress. The key is<br />
that we are committed to continued improvement in support<br />
of our people as we firmly believe that they are the key to our<br />
