In addition to these benefits, Tassal<br />

provides employees with maternity and<br />

paternity leave payment provisions that<br />

are higher than the current regulated<br />

standards; the ability to apply for<br />

extended leave without pay and birthday<br />

leave – allowing all employees below Senior<br />

Management to have an extra day off to enjoy<br />

their birthday. The senior management team<br />

supports anti-domestic violence with additional<br />

leave entitlements (domestic violence leave) and<br />

onsite White Ribbon Day events.<br />
