AIM: B Sc. Hotel Management & Catering Technology is a core programme of School of Management Studies at Ansal<br />
University. The programme is structured to educate and train the students in such a manner that after the completion<br />
of the course, students may join hotels in the core departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Production, Food &<br />
Beverage Service and other areas like Training, Human Resource and Sales & Marketing. This programme also focuses<br />
on the entrepreneurial flair, which is ideal for people who have desire and admirable commercial insight to start their own<br />
business in service industry. Emphasis is given on technical skills and professional attitude through classroom teaching,<br />
practical demonstration and hands on training that gives a wide range of specialist opportunity to be a part of many other<br />
service related organizations.<br />
