Platform Lecture<br />
Series AT SCA<br />
School of Computer Applications organized a lecture series on November 23,<br />
2012. The speaker of the session was Ms. Karleen Kaur, (Universal Banker,<br />
Citibank), who spoke on ‘PERSONALITY TRAITS THAT ACCELERATE<br />
INFLUENCE ON WORKPLACE’. It was an interactive session for BCA and<br />
MCA students. The session was an hour during which she talked about various<br />
personality traits such as creativity, leadership, competitiveness, compassion,<br />
being energetic and extroverted etc. which are very important for an individual<br />
to excel in his career. She emphasized on ‘out of the box’ thinking and ‘desire to<br />
take initiative at workplace’. She explained it by giving various analogies.<br />
