implemented for the first time at Ansal University. Prof. Oliver mentioned that the assurance of learning for graduate employability
framework suggests that the required capabilities are most likely to be achieved through a 360-degree evidence-based approach
developed, deployed and assessed; evaluating their achievement (based on a range of evidence such as summative and formative
teacher, self- and peer assessment, course quality indicators; stakeholder perceptions of graduate performance) and benchmarking,
planning and monitoring enhancements. The intensive discussions was done during the interactive session of the workshop on
designing course-learning outcomes with employability-related generic capabilities, articulate standards in those course learning
outcomes, and design how they will be evidenced by graduates. It was also discussed that we must scope opportunities for workintegrated
learning within and beyond the formal classroom and also we should deploy portfolio approaches to self, peer and teacher
