Reduce Listeria monocytogenes in
ready-to-eat meat products by 10%.
Increase routine surveillance sampling at
food establishments by 10%.
Maintain 100% compliance
implementing Salmonella, Shiga toxinproducing
E. coli (STEC)
reduction/elimination systems on beef
carcasses at slaughter.
Reduction of raw milk consumption
through pet food and cow share
activities to reduce cases of FBI
attributable to raw milk consumption.
Increase the amount of surveillance
safety testing for manufactured dairy
products by 10%.

consumption habits.
