Herbal Learning
Inside Mahidol University’s Salaya Campus, Sireeruckhacharti Nature
Learning Park is known as ASEAN’s leading herbal learning centre. The
inspiration behind the establishment in Thailand came from the need to
preserve the wisdom and heritage of traditional and folk medicine. Here,
unique techniques in traditional pharmacy have been passed down from
generation to generation. In 1988, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit graciously
granted the name “Sireeruckhacharti” for the garden, which has now
expanded into 55 acres of land.
More than 800 medical plants are collected and learning materials
are available, along with exhibitions at Sireeruckhacharti Nature Learning
Park. With its design and use of modern media and presentation, the
place attracts different groups of visitors and is considered as one of the

BALMS
Made from varieties of herbs
and ingredients, this soft cream is

mint and aromatic oil, people
use inhalers to feel
