4.14 Protection against Electrical Power Loss MPS 30 User’s Manual DMMC/0803/CM In case of electrical power surge, nothing happens to the lines under test. When the electric power comes back, the ADTS senses the pressure in the lines and forces the control system to equalize the measured ones (if altitude are > 8000 feet). Pitot and static lines can be manually discharged using two flow control regulators placed in the front of the test set. The manual discharge operation does not generate pitot negative pressure, or airspeed exceeding the value set by an internal pneumatic pressure-flow regulator. Issue Aug. 03 D.
