8.5.2 GO/NO GO Leak Test Procedure
MPS 30 User’s Manual DMMC/0803/CM
An automatic and programmable (Go/No Go) Leak Test procedure is available,
i.e. both the initial test values and the test features can be programmed, and the test
is automatic. When the test is over, it shows if leaks on the static and pitot circuits –
compatible with the maximum acceptable values are found. This procedures starts
with Fc key (RED SHIFT + 3). The menu shows the setting requirements, default
values are already shown, following the table here below:

The driven menu shows some default values, with such values the operator can
reach pre-set speed and quote from which – after the set stabilization time – start the
measurements of the average losses, in the remaining period (total time –
stabilization time). Press RETURN/GO key if default values match the desired ones,
or insert in each box the required numeric value, followed by the RETURN/GO key.
The test will be carried out automatically, as it is programmed, at the end it will
show two average leak values – stressing possible excesses vs the admitted leaks
(GO/NO GO TEST). To exit from the test – at any moment – press RETURN/GO
key.
