PO4-3 is indeed important, but is only one piece of the puzzle. The presentation flashed a slide of other
projects that are included in the contract, but they were not explained.

detailed descriptions in the presentation about the role of each laboratory. In final slides, 5-6 general
objectives were listed for each of the three goals.
