parents, <strong>and</strong> politicians are required. Undoubtedly, already elaborated objectives, methods, <strong>and</strong><br />

even programs in <strong>Gifted</strong> Education <strong>of</strong>fer a usable framework, <strong>and</strong> may greatly help in fur<strong>the</strong>r<br />

specifying conditions <strong>for</strong> implementing <strong>the</strong> advancements outlined in this book.<br />
