• Company HQ. The company HQ provides C 2 , training, administration, <strong>and</strong> logistical support needed to<br />

do unit operations. The company comm<strong>and</strong>er is assisted by the first sergeant, who supervises <strong>and</strong><br />

coordinates the functions of the company.<br />

• Support operations section. This section supervises the supply, maintenance, <strong>and</strong> field service support<br />

operations <strong>and</strong> advises the company comm<strong>and</strong>er in these functional areas. It also serves as the focal point<br />

<strong>for</strong> all contracting <strong>and</strong> engineer support.<br />

• Unit maintenance section. This section provides unit maintenance on all unit equipment except<br />

COMSEC <strong>and</strong> communications-electronics equipment.<br />

• Six provider platoon HQs. The HQ supervises those activities such as billeting, supply functions,<br />

climate control, <strong>and</strong> facility spacing needs <strong>for</strong> basic MWR services.<br />

• Six food service sections. The sections prepare <strong>and</strong> serve three cooked meals daily. This includes<br />

preparing meals <strong>for</strong> a maximum module of 550 supported personnel <strong>and</strong> up to 3,300 personnel when Force<br />

Provider is fully deployed.
