The following measures are taken for water use and acquisition. •• Areas in towns and cities. Towns and cities usually have a water system which can support operations. SLCR sections/teams use this system when it is available. •• Areas without fresh water. When SLCR sections/teams operate in an area without a supply of fresh water, the 3,000-gallon collapsible water tank can be used. Delivery of water must be coordinated through supporting water transportation teams or the supported unit.
