The stock options were issued at an exercise price equivalent to DKK 154.50 with an added 5% per annum calculated<br />
from 15 April 2005. Unexercised stock options from one year cannot be transferred to subsequent years.<br />
The options may only be settled in shares. A part of the Company’s holding of treasury shares is reserved for settlement<br />
of the options granted.<br />

In the financial year <strong>2008</strong>/<strong>09</strong>, no stock options were exercised (average share price of exertion in 2007/08: DKK<br />
335.0).<br />
In <strong>2008</strong>/<strong>09</strong>, the fair value of the warrants recognised in the consolidated income statement amounted to DKK<br />
3.3 million (2007/08: DKK 2.8 million). In <strong>2008</strong>/<strong>09</strong>, the fair value of the warrants recognised in the Parent Company’s<br />
income statement amounted to DKK 2.7 million (2007/08: DKK 1.5 million).<br />
The exercise period of stock options granted to the Executive Board in <strong>2008</strong>/<strong>09</strong> is a period of 30 days from the<br />
release of the Company’s <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> from the autumn of 20<strong>09</strong> to the autumn of 2011. The overall plan can<br />
be exercised by 20,000 stock options in the autumn of 20<strong>09</strong>, 20,000 stock options in the autumn of 2010 and<br />
20,000 in the autumn of 2011.<br />
The exercise period of stock options granted to the Executive Board in 2007/08 is a period of 30 days from the<br />
release of the Company’s <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> from the autumn of <strong>2008</strong> to the autumn of 2013. The overall plan can<br />
be exercised by 40,000 in the autumn of 20<strong>09</strong>, 30,000 stock options in the autumn of 2010 and the remaining<br />
60,000 stock options can be exercised by 1/3 in each of the subsequent years.<br />
The exercise period for the stock options granted to Executive Board is 4 weeks from the autumn of 2010 to the<br />
autumn of 2013 after the release of the Company’s <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong>.<br />
The exercise period of stock options granted in 2004/05 is a period of 30 days from the release of the Company’s<br />
<strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> from the autumn 2006 to the autumn of 20<strong>09</strong>. The entire plan can be exercised by 20,000 in the<br />
autumn of 20<strong>09</strong>.<br />
No stock options programmes have been granted, in which the stock options could be settled by net cash.<br />
