STATEMENTS AND OVERVIEWS Statement by the management The Board of Directors and the Executive Board have today presented the Annual Report of IC Companys A/S for the financial year 1 July 2008 - 30 June 2009. The Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional Danish disclosure requirements for the Annual Reports of listed companies. We consider the accounting policies to be appropriate to the effect that the Annual Report gives a true and fair view of the Group’s and the Parent Company’s assets and liabilities, financial position at 30 June 2009 and of consolidated operations and cash flows for the financial year 2008/09. We consider the Management Statement to give a true and fair view of the development in the Group’s and the Parent Company’s operations and financial situation, financial performance of the financial year and of the Group’s financial position in its entirety and a true and fair view of the material risks and elements of uncertainty faced by the Group. We recommend that the Annual Report be adopted by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
