CONCLUSIONES<br />

Se han mostrado aquí <strong>la</strong>s líneas maestras <strong>de</strong> calibración <strong>de</strong> un espectrofluorímetro modu<strong>la</strong>r<br />

y multidisciplinar con el objetivo c<strong>la</strong>ro <strong>de</strong> que sea fiable y trazable como otros<br />

espectrofluorímetros <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>boratorios nacionales <strong>de</strong> estandarización. Dicho procedimiento <strong>de</strong><br />

calibración, y siguiendo recomendaciones CIE y ASTM, se centrará inicialmente en el calibrado<br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> linealidad, <strong>la</strong> obtención y representación <strong>de</strong> los factores <strong>de</strong> radiancia luminiscente<br />

biespectral, reflejada y total, y <strong>la</strong> especificación colorimétrica básica (CIE-XYZ, CIELAB) <strong>de</strong><br />

cualquier muestra fluorescente.<br />
