make access to installations easy and practical

than traditional flooring set into the structure of

put in place with the minimum disturbance, open
and without any need of building assistance.

I pavimenti modulari sopraelevati risolvono molti problemi
di localizzazione impiantistica in quanto creano un volume
impianti al di sotto della superficie di calpestio. I vantaggi
di questo genere di pavimenti tecnici è indiscusso, sono
veloci da installare, rendono facile e pratico l’accesso
agli impianti, costituiscono un tipo di intervento che nel
tempo risulta economico rispetto a tradizionali opere di
incasso in muratura. Le reti impiantistiche vengono infatti
installate secondo percorsi minimi a cielo aperto senza
necessità di assistenza muraria. I pavimenti sopraelevati
hanno rivoluzionato la gestione del cantiere riducendo
drasticamente tempi e costi di esecuzione dei lavori.
Il pavimento tecnico è costituito da pannelli Cottostone e
da una struttura di sopraelevazione, oppure da piastrelle
tradizionali montate su appositi elementi strutturali.
