Joe & The Juice
Qui a dit « Dès le premier jour, notre intention était
de construire un nouveau Starbucks » ? Kaspar
Basse. Et qui est Kaspar Basse ? Le fondateur de
Joe & the Juice. Le Terminal 1 de l’aéroport Nice-Côte
d’Azur accueille – et c’est un événement ! – Joe & the Juice,
adresse atypique à plus d’un titre. Petit flash-back : nous
sommes en 2002 à Copenhague. La ville de la Petite Sirène
découvre un concept de coffee shop totalement inédit. Celui
qui l’a imaginé n’a pas copié les Américains ; il a fait mieux,
et a inventé une nouvelle formule basée sur trois points.
D’abord, une carte simplifiée, comprenant des boissons
chaudes et froides, des sandwiches, des milk-shakes,
des jus et autres smoothies pressés à la minute. Ensuite,
une ambiance de bar lounge branché des centres-villes
d’aujourd’hui : atmosphère cosy, design danois, lumière
étudiée et musique. Enfin, une mise en scène travaillée,
histoire de renforcer encore les notions de fraîcheur et de
naturel. Résultat, Joe & the Juice s’invite un peu partout
dans le nord de l’Europe, puis en Scandinavie, au Royaume-
Uni, en Allemagne et… à Nice !
Un esprit unique
La formule (quasi magique) de Joe & the Juice fait des
merveilles au Terminal 1 de l’aéroport Nice-Côte d’Azur.
Normal, elle répond aux besoins et aux attentes des
passagers, l’originalité en plus. On s’y attarde, ou non, on
s’y relaxe, on y travaille, on s’y donne même rendez-vous. À
découvrir, certaines recettes parmi lesquelles des ginger latte
aux jus de fruits les plus surprenants. Une chose est sûre,
sur la French Riviera, Joe & the Juice s’impose comme une
expérience restauration totalement inédite et incomparable.

A quick flashback: We’re
in Copenhagen in 2002.
The city of the Little
Mermaid is experiencing
a completely new coffeeshop
concept. Then man
who came up with it didn’t
copy the Americans; he
upped the ante and invented
a new model based on
three fundamentals. First,
a streamlined menu,
including hot and cold
beverages, sandwiches,
milkshakes and freshpressed
juices and

smoothies. Next, a trendy
lounge bar atmosphere
usually found in today’s
downtown hotspots: a cosy
ambiance, Danish design,
artistic lighting and music.
Lastly, carefully crafted
décor to further underscore
the concepts of fresh and
natural. Now Joe & the
Juice can be found across
northern Europe and
Scandinavia, the United
Kingdom, Germany and...

The magic formula to be

L’éphémère fait tout son charme. La pop-up Martini
recrée, le temps d’un été, une trattoria, Ma Terrazza.
A découvrir, le must de la tradition italienne avec
notamment l’Aperitivo, mix entre apéritif et dîner.
Au menu de ces moments privilégiés, et outre la
convivialité, des cocktails Martini, des antipasti, bref le
