Une année malgache comporte 12 mois lunaires dont chacun débute par une<br />
nouvelle lune. Les différentes régions avaient leurs propres calendriers respectifs<br />
jusqu’en 1810 avant une uniformisation entre 1810 et 1896, sous la période<br />
monarchique. Mais le Nouvel An est toujours célébré à des moments différents<br />
selon les associations organisatrices. Pour certaines, ce sera ce mois-ci, le 22 mars,<br />
tandis que d’autres attendront avril et septembre. Bien qu’une date commune<br />
n’ait pas encore été fixée, espérons qu’un jour le choix de la date devrait faire<br />
l’unanimité pour une magnifique célébration de l’Asaramanitra.<br />

Year is still celebrated at different times according to the organisers. For some it<br />
