I gyros a gas, sono stati progettati e realizzati in conformità alle normative vigenti di prodotto e
costruiti con l’ausilio delle più aggiornate tecnologie di controllo gas e sicurezza.
I bruciatori radianti a infrarossi garantiscono elevate prestazioni ed economia dei consumi, grazie alla
perfetta combustione del gas ed alle alte temperature permesse dalla ceramica. Sono dotati di motori
affidabili e sono costruiti interamente in acciaio inox. Sotto lo spiedo, sono provvisti di ampio contenitore
ove confluiscono i grassi generati dal prodotto in cottura per una più facile pulizia ed igiene.
Il gyros a gas è predisposto di serie con ugelli per gas metano, ma viene fornito con in dotazione anche
di ugelli per gas GPL.
The gas gyros grills have been designed and realized according to the product normative in force
and they have been constructed with the help of the most sophisticated technologies of gas
control and security.
The infrared beaming burners grant high performances and energy saving consumptions, thanks to the
perfect gas burning and to the high temperatures because of the ceramic. They are equipped with trustable
motors and they are entirely constructed in stainless steel. Under the grill there is a big container
which collects the generated fat from the cooked product for a easy cleaning and hygiene.
The gas gyros is equipped as a standard with methane gas nozzles, but it is supplied also with the LPG
gas nozzles optional.
Les gyros grils à gaz ont été projetés et réalisés en suivant la réglementation et construits à
l’aide des technologies les plus sophistiquées de contrôle du gaz et de sécurité.
Les brûleurs radiants à infrarouges permettent des hautes performances et une économie de consommation
grâce à une parfaite combustion du gaz à l’aide des brûleurs et aux hautes températures permises
par la céramique.
Ils sont pourvus de moteurs fiables et ils sont construits entièrement en acier Inox. Au-dessous du grill,
ils ont un large récipient pour la collecte du gras venant du produit en cuisson pour une facilité de
nettoyage et hygiène.
Le gyros à gaz est pourvu de gicleur pour gaz méthane, mais il est pourvu aussi de gicleur pour gaz
GPL.
