Le 5 regole <strong>per</strong> una buona mungitura<br />
Rego<strong>la</strong> 1: evitare qualsiasi disturbo all’animale<br />
Rego<strong>la</strong> 2: stimo<strong>la</strong>re <strong>la</strong> secrezione <strong>del</strong> <strong>la</strong>tte pochi secondi prima <strong>del</strong><strong>la</strong> mungitura<br />
Rego<strong>la</strong> 3: utilizzare <strong>la</strong> mungitrice meccanica seguendo le prescrizioni, mungere con<br />
<strong>del</strong>icatezza<br />
Rego<strong>la</strong> 4: eseguire <strong>la</strong> sgoccio<strong>la</strong>tura meccanica appena terminato il flusso rego<strong>la</strong>re<br />

2.2 Funzionamento e manutenzione <strong>del</strong><strong>la</strong> mungitrice<br />
È utile rendersi conto che <strong>la</strong> mungitrice è una <strong>del</strong>le poche o forse l’unica macchina agrico<strong>la</strong><br />
che viene utilizzata due volte al giorno e <strong>per</strong> tutti i 365 giorni <strong>del</strong>l’anno. Per mungere<br />
correttamente bisogna innanzitutto avere a disposizione un impianto di mungitura conforme<br />
alle prescrizioni e istal<strong>la</strong>to in modo appropriato. Un controllo e una manutenzione rego<strong>la</strong>re<br />
sono indispensabili <strong>per</strong> <strong>la</strong> protezione <strong>del</strong><strong>la</strong> salute <strong>del</strong><strong>la</strong> mammel<strong>la</strong> e <strong>del</strong><strong>la</strong> qualità <strong>del</strong> <strong>la</strong>tte.<br />
Tipicità <strong>del</strong><strong>la</strong> mungitrice <strong>per</strong> le capre<br />
Esistono impianti a secchio o a <strong>la</strong>ttodotto come <strong>per</strong> le mucche. Con un secchio si<br />
possono mungere due capre contemporaneamente. L’aggregato è applicato<br />
posteriormente e non <strong>la</strong>teralmente.<br />
La pompa <strong>del</strong> vuoto è rego<strong>la</strong>ta a ca. 40 kPa e il pulsatore esegue ca. 45 doppie<br />
pulsazioni al minuto.<br />
