Sistemi di Visione
Il 2011 è stato un anno di consolidamento
per i Sistemi di Visione dopo i brillanti
risultati del 2010 (crescita del fatturato
di oltre il 25% rispetto al 2009).
Il giro di affari è stato infatti
sostanzialmente in linea con l’anno
precedente.
Sono aumentate le vendite nei paesi
del sudest asiatico, mentre hanno tenuto
gli USA e si è osservato un leggero
arretramento dell’Europa Occidentale
con l’aggravarsi della congiuntura
economica in area euro.
Si segnalano positivamente le prime
vendite di sistemi di visione
per chiusure in Lituania e soprattutto
in India, un mercato da cui ci aspettiamo
molto nei prossimi anni.
Dopo diversi anni di assenza dal nostro
portafoglio ordini, nel 2011 sono stati
chiusi due contratti anche in Australia,
mercato comunque circoscritto
da cui non è prevedibile attendersi forti
crescite di volumi nei prossimi anni.
Nella composizione del nostro fatturato
mondiale scende il contributo della Cina
che, pur restando il primo mercato
di sbocco per i sistemi di visione SACMI,
passa dal 31% al 22%.
Il rallentamento appare comunque
transitorio e frutto di scelte
macroeconomiche governative
più che di oggettiva contrazione
del mercato o di diminuita competitività
delle macchine SACMI.
Infatti già nell’ultimo trimestre dell’anno
abbiamo avuto un’accelerazione
che ci fa prevedere per il 2012
un raddoppio dei volumi delle vendite
in Cina, rispetto al 2011.
Esse saranno centrate in particolare sui
CHS, macchine per l’ispezione completa
di tappi in plastica (prodotti su linee
sia a compressione che a iniezione)
e in alluminio.
Nelle applicazioni Beverage si segnala
il rilascio del nuovo sistema BVS (Bottle
Vision Systems
2011 was a year of consolidation for
Vision Systems after the brilliant results
of 2010 (revenues growth of more than
25% versus 2009).
Turnover was in fact broadly in line
with that of the previous year.
Sales increased in South-east Asian
countries, while they remained stable
in the US, and there was a slight
downturn in Western Europe with
the deterioration in the economic
situation in the Eurozone.
There were positive reports of the first
sales of vision systems for closures
in Lithuania and especially in India,
a market of which we have high
expectations in the coming years.
After being absent from our order
backlog for several years, in 2011
two agreements were entered into
in Australia, which is however still
a limited market, from which strong
growth in volumes is not expected i
n the next few years.
China’s contribution to our global
revenues fell from 31% to 22%, although
the country remains the primary export
market for SACMI vision systems.
The slowdown, however, is temporary,
and is the result of government
macro-economic decisions rather than
an actual market contraction
or the decreased competitiveness
of SACMI machines.
In fact, already in the last quarter of the
year, we saw an acceleration in sales
volumes in China, which we expect
to double in 2012 compared to 2011.
These sales will be focused in particular
on CHS, machines for the complete
inspection of plastic (produced on both
compression and injection lines)
and aluminium caps.
