NINO KHAREBAVATHE ALGORITHM OF FORMATION OF STRATEGICGOALS OF ORGANIZATIONThe article describes the process of formation of firm’s strategicgoals. Classification of different parameters is shown in the context ofcertain characteristics. The process of formation of strategic goals of organizationis determined by “financial” mentality of its founders and chiefexecutives. The author emphasizes that realization of direct strategicgoals depends on unity of supporting strategic goals, such as introductionof new technology, transition to new organizational structure, formationof organizational culture of financial managers and etc.124
