JANDRI ZARANDIAECONOMIC MECHANISM – AS THE SYSTEMOF ECONOMIC RELATIONSTransition to the market economy objectively requires identificationand active use of such factors of economic growth, which would facilitatehigh economic results with relatively small costs. Successful solutionof this objective depends greatly on the degree of improvement of themarket mechanism, having direct impact on use of all types of resources,time saving, “behavior” of the market economic system. In performingsuch targeted work, certain benefits could be derived from systemic approach.In systemic approach, first of all, the market-economic mechanism,as object of analysis should be described.Logical question is: what are the key characteristics of systemapproach directed towards improvement of market-economic mechanism?For economic development of the country it would be significant ifeach economic unit stated as its strategical goal maximization of the contributionof given labor collective in GDP with minimal costs. In any sphere of economics significant characteristic of systemicapproach to improvement of the economic mechanism isits close linking with the general principles and directions ofeconomic changes;Development of the system of measures allowing successfulachievement of the stated goal.Current stage of development, in all spheres of economy, is characterizedwith improvement of application of economic governance methods.For dealing with the management objectives application of systemicmanagement methods is of great significance as systemic laws, in theconditions of limited resources facilitate identification of the reasonableways for the development of society. These are the reference points allowingextensive development in governance of economic, social, organizationaland other systems.94
