Herewith, medial ~caloriesconsumption~ appear as a food security indicator. In 2007-2009 per personof population daily ~calories consumption~ is characterized withdecreasing tendency. Accordingly, it is reduced from 2390 to 2150 kilocalories,that is the indicator of imperfect viability of population. This isexplained by the fact that in 2011 prices on food and soft drinks increasedwith 25.2% which in the different countries of world was caused bynatural disaster and export restriction of food products by whole rangesof countries. In condition of food global shortage, development of agrobusinessin the country in the priority. For full satisfaction of populationdemand on food, it is necessary to increase local food production, ownreserves of food, to have active trade and fiscal balance. We also thinkthat sharing of international experience for agricultural product and foodproduction realization is required; improvement of domestic product advertisingnetwork which plays an important role in the fight against counterfeitproducts. Staffed with qualified personnel of agriculture and foodproduction sector, retraining of employees at the level of modern standards,requirement of necessary investment for agricultural rehabilitation,agricultural activity and insurance system implementation, support of agrobusinessby the government, which is expressed by financing of “CheapLoans” program and creation of leasing companies. We think that itwill facilitate our country's population food self-ensure.58
