Ⅲ. Contents<br />
The contents of this research is deriving pantograph contact strips basic<br />
technologies for nano-technology and performance evaluation·manufacturing<br />
method for the implementation a nanotechnology-based efficiency railway<br />
collector system.<br />
◦ Foundational technology analysis for the application of pantograph<br />
contact strips with nanotechnology.<br />
◦ Research of the performance verification method of contact stirps with<br />
nanotechnogoly.<br />
◦ Basic research for the efficient manufacturing of carbon-metal<br />

nano-composites.<br />
Internal and external research trend and patent survey were investigated<br />
about pantography contact stirps manufacturing technology apply for<br />
pantography contact stirps nanotechnology. Especially, that was investigated<br />
patented technology of technologically advanced countries(japan, etc.) and<br />
technique that is applied to C/C composite using copper alloy on pantography<br />
contact strips manufacturing. And pantography contact strips that was made<br />
by metallic and carbon based and carbon-metal complex material was<br />
analyzed. After then, manufacturing technique and detailed technical analysis<br />
was progressed. In previous research, concrete technology research and<br />
analysis was performed when using composites improved performance over<br />
existing contact strips. Performance verification of contact strips applied<br />
nanotechnology are analyzed by EN and international standards. Performance<br />
verification method was analyzed at technologically advanced countries.<br />
(France, Japan, etc.) Finally, its details were developed of contact strips<br />
applied to nanotechnology.<br />
