Pierre Duchoud: LE TEMPS DES BARQUES. VOILES LATINES DU LEMAN.<br />
This beautiful photo from his book, taken ca. 1890, shows a traditional<br />
brigantine. The Navigators of the Swiss Lakes, in cooperation with the tourist<br />
board of Montreux, invite ECYU to their «LEMAN TRADITION» – a week of<br />
traversing the Lake of Geneva, with regattas and accompanying social events,<br />
ending up at Montreux. The event will take place 29 July – 3 August 2002. We<br />
also look forward to meeting yachting friends from all the lakes of Central<br />
Europe. Mr. Roger Zwicky will be our ECYU host. More details to follow.
