rDNA 45S in the four studied species. The chromatin total length (CTC); the
centromeric index (IC); the index of karyotype asymmetry (TF%) and the coefficient of
variation of the averages of the total lengths of the chromosomes (CV%) were
determined and these data set has allowed the karyotypes distinction for the four species
resulting in an advance importance in the interspecific differentiation of this group of
plants.
