Com o objetivo de engajar os colaboradores, a
Usina Santa Terezinha notifica com antecedência as
mudanças operacionais significativas da organização,
como reestruturação, aquisições, novas unidades,
términos e inícios de safras, e manutenções na
indústria. Em reuniões mensais, em conjunto com a
Reunião de Participação de Resultados, ou por meio
de Informes, a empresa comunica os colaboradores,
visando às boas relações na organização.
In order to engage employees, Usina Santa
Terezinha notifies in advance the organization’s
significant operational changes, such as restructures,
acquisitions, new units, the ending and beginning of
crops and industry maintenances. On a monthly basis,
in conjunction with the Results Share Program meetings
or through circulars, the company communicates with
its employees in order to establish a good relation
within the organization.
