Buscando a otimização constante das condições
de saúde e segurança, colaboradores da Usina
Santa Terezinha são representados em comitês que
se reúnem periodicamente para discutir, analisar,
implantar medidas e desenvolver objetivos que
diminuam os riscos ocupacionais. Para o ano de 2014,
a empresa tem como meta uma redução nos índices
de acidentes ocupacionais típicos em torno de 10%,
em acidentes de trajeto e trânsito.
Para que essa meta possa ser atingida, a empresa
dispõe das seguintes ferramentas - coordenadas pela
Gerência Jurídica / Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho:
• CIPAs e CIPATRS (Comissão Interna de
Prevenção de Acidentes): executadas nas áreas
industrial e agrícola, as comissões envolvem
382 colaboradores devidamente treinados com
carga horária de 20 horas, em conformidade
com a Normas Regulamentadoras, do Ministério
do Trabalho e Emprego, NR 5 e NR 3.1 Essas
comissões realizam reuniões mensais para
discutir assuntos relacionados à prevenção em
acidentes e doenças ocupacionais; faz inspeções,
investigação de acidentes e incidentes; elabora
mapas de riscos e organiza, anualmente, as
Sipats (Semanas Internas de Prevenção em
Acidentes de Trabalho) em todas as unidades
produtivas, Logística e Escritório Corporativo.
Looking for constant optimization of health and safety
conditions, the collaborators of Usina Santa Terezinha
are represented in committees that gather periodically
to discuss, analyze, implement measures and develop
objectives that diminish the occupational risks. For 2014
the company goal is to reduce 10% of the occupational
accidents in transit and in traffic.
For this goal to be accomplished the company has
these tools coordinated by the Juridical and Safety at
Work Management:
• CIPAs e CIPATRS (Internal Commission to
Prevent Accidents): executed in industrial and
agricultural areas, the commissions involve 382
collaborators duly trained with workload of 20
hours in conformity with Regulatory Norms of
Ministry of Labor and Employment NR-5 and
NR-3.1. These commissions conduct monthly
meetings to discuss subjects related to prevention
of accidents and occupational diseases, execute
inspections, investigations about accidents and
incidents, make risk maps and organize annually
the SIPATs (Internal Prevention of Accidents
Week) in all production units as well as the
Logistics Center and Corporative Office.
