(comitê internacional que desenvolve o
padrão ODF).

Electronic engineer and general director of
ODF Alliance América Latina. He is an advisor
in open standards with the software
industry. He is a coordinator of the Work
Group in the ABNT [Brazilian Association
of Technical Standards] that dealt with the
adoption of the ODF as the Brazilian standard
and a member of the OASIS ODF TC
(international committee that develops the
ODF standard).
