Amy e o seu filho adoptivo Adrian fogem da abusiva companheira
da mãe, Judith. Em desespero para não serem descobertos,
os dois refugiam-se numa antiga quinta dos pais de Amy no
Kansas. Mas em breve uma força sobrenatural do passado de
Amy ataca a mulher. Com Judith por perto, os fugitivos encontram-se
encurralados entre os perigos dentro e fora da casa. Uma

pelo seu inovador estilo de narração e pelo seu modo de filmar
o horror e o suspense. A sua longa-metragem “Nailbiter” venceu
em 2012 os prémios de Melhor Filme e Melhor realização em vários
festivais. Com mais de 20 prémio, o seu trabalho inclui séries de TV,
curtas e longas. É conhecido pela curta “Time’s Up, Eve” (2011)
vencedora do Omaha Film Festival, e “Belong to us”, longa vencedora
do Kansas City Film Festival.
Amy and her adopted son Adrian are on the run from her abusive
ex-girlfriend, Judith. Desperate to stay hidden, Amy and Adrian take
refuge in her family’s abandoned farmhouse outside her Kansas
hometown. Soon, a supernatural force from Amy’s dark past begins
haunting Adrian. With the vengeful Judith in pursuit, Amy and
Adrian find themselves locked in a showdown between the threats

A prolific, award-winning independent American filmmaker recognized
for his innovative storytelling and creative directing style in horror and
suspense. His feature film, “Nailbiter”, won Best Director and/or Best
Feature Film awards in several film festivals in 2012. With over 20
prizes, his work includes TV series, shorts and features. He is also
known for the short “Time’s Up, Eve” (2011) winner of the Omaha Film
Festival and the feature “Belong to us”, winner of the Kansas City
Film Festival.
