ABSTRACT<br />

In this contex, first theoretical details are presented. Later, based on<br />

information obtained from television broadcasting companies, public relations<br />

activities of television broadcasting companies for the employees and the target<br />

audience are examined and a comparision table is created. This study is of<br />

importance in terms of analyzing public relations activities of television broadcasting<br />

companies and revealing the drawbacks of such companies. A survey was made at<br />

the end of the study, recommendations are made for public relation activities of<br />

television broadcasting companies, which are performed or will be performed in<br />

order to create a positive image in the public within scope of public service approach.<br />

It is believed that this study will make significant contributions to the public relations<br />

activities performed by television broadcasting companies and academic studies.<br />

This study was conducted to analyze public relation activities of television<br />

broadcasting companies for employees and for target audience.<br />
