From end of car park follow clear path tostone toposcope at viewpoint. Then continuealong top of Hope Mountain on this path,keeping to L of old quarry. Follow path (itnarrows and meanders in places) along topof hill, enjoying the wide views.2. Just beyond seat on L take waymarkednarrow path L down to visible stile. Cross thisand 2nd stile edging track then walk down RHSof field. Cross stile ahead and continue alongRHS of next field. Turn R at wall corner andfollow wall to gate onto road. Turn Land walk downhill on road. Turn R at junctionand continue downhill passing former Sionchapel on R.3. Turn L just beyond chapel into parking area.Walk ahead thro' gate and follow path alongdisused railway track for approx 2km. Gothro' gate at end of old railway and turnL onto road. Walk carefully along roadtowards Llanfynydd.4. Turn L onto a lane just past Clwyd DisabledRiding Centre. After 700m where road bears L,turn R and follow drive past Springfield House.Before drive continues to Bramble Barn, bear Rthro' gate. Continue uphill on this path betweenfields. After crossing the second stile, followthe right hand bend, keeping the house andwoodlands on L. You emerge onto hillsidewith large white house on L.5. Bear L on path (ignoring path signed R onstile) and follow path edged by old wall,climbing at first. Continue ahead as path levelsout with superb views on L to Moel Famau. Gothro' gate/stile and continue ahead until reachanother gate onto road. Turn R along road andcontinue uphill to small gate on left.
