From Loggerheads Countyside Centre, walkpast café and toilets and turn L between oldmill and Outdoor Shop. Walk up steps thenturn R onto path beside old lead mining trucks(now on Industrial Trail). Continue along path,with river on R, until reach Industrial Trail post4 then follow path R over wooden footbridgeand turn L to join Leete path. Continue alongthis path until you pass Alyn Kennels on Lbelow. Go through KG and at kennel entrancecross road and take footpath L. Continuealong this path ignoring paths going off to Rand L. At path fork take L fork and continueahead, crossing bridge over Devil's Gorge.At footpath crossroads continue ahead.2. Turn L onto road at end of Leete path,walk downhill, cross bridge over River Alyn.On bend part way up steep hill take path L,signed Pentre. Follow path, cross stile intofield and follow LH fenceline through 3 fields.Climb steps and cross two stiles edging awoodland strip then continue along LHboundary of next field. Cross stile into CilcainMillenium Wood and turn immediate R,walking uphill to seat and sculpture. Turn Lhere and walk along RH boundary with youngtrees on L.3. Go thro' KG to road. Turn R along road andwalk uphill into village. Turn L at crossroads,passing pub on R. Turn L immediately afterchurch and walk down lane. At bottom of hillturn R along track (BW) by pond and greybuilding. After 325m turn L uphill alonganother track (BW), passing cottage on R.Continue ahead, crossing small stream andgate and continuing uphill along LHS of field.Through another gate and continue alongboardwalk then follow path as it bears L,slowly climbing. Cross gate/stile and continueahead on same path. (Can be boggy!)Continue ahead through 2 more gates leadingpast small cottage on R.4. Ignore path on R just beyond cottage andcontinue ahead through gate, signedLoggerheads. Continue along track, thro' twomore gates. At T junction turn L onto lane,signed Loggerheads, and walk downhill to road.5. Cross road and over stile opposite, besidesign to Loggerheads, onto concealed footpath.
