South Korean HANWHA TECHWIN high capacity<br />
turbo compressors in 2001, also works with<br />
German company Almig in oil free compressors<br />
and ATMOS, the Czech company that produces<br />
mobile compressors. Sarmak continues to serve<br />
customers with headquarters & production<br />
facility in the Adana Organized Industry Zone,<br />
Istanbul, Ankara and Bursa Regional Headquarters<br />
and Service Centers in Kayseri and Denizli.”<br />
Can you give us information about the<br />
product your company supplies to the market<br />
and its features?<br />
“We have a very wide range of products.<br />
In addition to fixed speed & Cycle Adjusted<br />
Screw Equipped and Piston Equipped compressors,<br />
the ‘Water-Jet’ 100% Oil Free Screw<br />
Equipped and Oil Free Turbo Compressors containing<br />
high technology are also in our product<br />
range. We also have the indispensible equipment<br />
necessary for pressurized air systems<br />
and their accessories among our products. We<br />
also sell and service filtrations with a variety of<br />
features and pressurized caps especially for various<br />
types of absorption dryers equipped with<br />
cooling gas. On the other hand we also assist<br />
our customers with multi compressor automation<br />
systems, environmentally friendly systems<br />
such as oil/water separators, no loss condensation<br />
release devices; and we also provide a<br />
pre sale service for determining pressurized air.<br />
We have compressors suitable to almost every<br />
sector with this range of products. The textile,<br />
automotive, mining, iron-steel, food, furniture,<br />
plastic, construction-building and medical sectors<br />
are just some of the sectors we operate in.”<br />
What would you like to tell us about your R&D work?<br />
“Our company has especially gained a lot of<br />
experience in the area of simulation in computer<br />
format and optimization work in recent years and<br />
accelerated in prototype production stage. On<br />
the other hand we are conducting work on other<br />
materials and have some existing enterprises with<br />
TÜBİTAK. We are continuing to work on producing<br />
added value and innovative products.”<br />
What are your thoughts on the Industry 4.0<br />
process that has become prominent in the<br />
world recently?<br />
“Industry 4.0 is a subject that should be on<br />
the agenda of everyone in production now.<br />
There are 2 dimensions to this subject which<br />
are integrating it to your own production and<br />

“Şirketimizin temeli 1969 yılında Makina Yüksek<br />
Mühendisi Turgay Saracoğlu’nun Adana’da<br />
kurduğu TUSAR Tesisat Mühendislik firmasına dayanıyor.<br />
1975 yılında firmamız, Tekstil Yüksek Mühendisi<br />
Kemal Saracoğlu ve daha sonra diğer<br />
aile üyelerinin katılmasıyla Sarmak Makina A.Ş.<br />
olarak Adana/İncirlik’te üretim faaliyetine başladı.<br />
Şirketimiz 1980 yılında 1.5- 7.5 kW seri pistonlu<br />
kompresör üretimine geçti. 1988 yılında Alman<br />
‘Mannesmann Demag Drucklufttechnik’ lisansı<br />
altında sabit vidalı hava kompresörleri üretimine<br />
başlamıştır. Vidalı kompresörde 250 kW’ ya kadar<br />
üretimi bulunmaktadır. 2008 yılında ihtiyaca<br />
yönelik olarak Adana Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde<br />
10.000 m2 kapalı alana sahip modern bir<br />
işletmeye kavuşmuştur. 2001 yılında Güney Koreli<br />
HANWHA TECHWIN firmasınca üretilen yüksek<br />
kapasiteli turbo kompresörlerin Türkiye Temsilciliği’<br />
ni yürütmeye başlayan Sarmak, yağsız kompresörlerde<br />
Alman firması ALMİG, seyyar kompresörlerde<br />
de Çek Cumhuriyeti firması ATMOS ile<br />
çalışmaktadır. Sarmak, Adana Organize Sanayi<br />
Bölgesi’ndeki merkez & üretim tesisi, İstanbul,<br />
Ankara ve Bursa’da Bölge Müdürlükleri, ayrıca<br />
Kayseri ve Denizli Servis Merkezleri ile müşterilerine<br />
hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.”<br />
Firmanızın piyasaya sunduğu ürünler ve<br />
özellikleri hakkında bilgi verir misiniz?<br />
“Çok geniş ürün yelpazesine sahibiz. Sabit hızlı<br />
& Devir Ayarlı Vidalı, Dizel Seyyar Vidalı, Pistonlu<br />
kompresörlerin yanı sıra; yüksek teknoloji<br />
içeren ‘Su-Püskürtmeli’ % 100 Yağsız Vidalı ve<br />
Yağsız Turbo Kompresörler de ürün skalamız<br />
arasında yer almaktadır. Ayrıca basınçlı hava<br />
sistemlerinin vazgeçilmezi olan ekipmanları ve<br />
aksesuarları da ürün skalamız arasında bulundurmaktayız.<br />
Özellikle soğutma gazlı ve çeşitli<br />
adsorpsiyon tip kurutucuların, çok farklı özelliklere<br />
sahip filtrasyonların ve basınçlı kapların satış<br />
ve servisini yapmaktayız. Öte yandan, çoklu<br />
kompresör için otomasyon sistemleri ve yağ/su<br />
ayırıcılar, kayıpsız kondens tahliye cihazları, ısı<br />
geri kazanım modülleri gibi çevreci sistemler ile<br />
satış öncesi hizmetimiz olan basınçlı hava tespitlerinde<br />
de müşterilerimize her daim yardımcı<br />
olmaktayız. Bu ürün yelpazemizle hemen her<br />
sektöre uygun kompresörümüz bulunmaktadır.<br />
Tekstil, otomotiv, maden, demir-çelik, gıda,<br />
mobilya, plastik, inşaat- yapı, medikal sektörleri<br />
