Inzwischen setzen neben der Outdoor, auch die Premium, die Seek und die Bright auf den Bereich. Seht ihr euch vor Ort um? Ja wir lassen uns gerne inspirieren und besuchen auch andere Messen. Dennoch, wollen wir unserer Grundausrichtung und unserem Markenkern treu bleiben. In erster Linie gilt unser Fokus dem aktiven Sportler, dem wir ein passendes Sortiment entgegenstellen wollen. Wenn dieser Kunde dann auch noch tolle Outfits für den Alltag bei uns findet, freuen wir uns natürlich. Marken, die so wie wir ihre klare Positionierung im Segment Outdoor und Sport finden, gehören deswegen auch zu unserem Haupt-Sortiment. Schließlich wollen wir ein Sportfachhändler bleiben und nicht irgendwann zum Modehaus werden. Trotz allem lassen sich die Styles vieler Outdoormarken natürlich optimal mit Lifestyle-Eyecatchern, wie einem Sneaker von Nike oder Adidas kombinieren. Diese haben wir dann dementsprechend natürlich auch auf unserer Fläche. Wie ist das Segment beim Kunden angekommen, wie hat der Endverbraucher reagiert? Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Feedback, das wir über die Aktion bekommen haben. Die Resonanz war großartig, besonders gut verkauft haben wir Accessoires wie Taschen, Rucksäcke und Mützen, ebenso wie leichte Jacken und packable jackets. Das Kundenprofil, das wir dabei ermitteln konnten, eröffnet uns als Sporthaus neue Erkenntnisse. Ich denke schon, dass viele die Fläche im Eingangsbereich vor allem auf Grund der lässigen Aufmachung besucht haben und dadurch zum ersten Mal mit Sporthaus Schuster in Kontakt getreten sind. Gut zugespielt hat uns dabei sicherlich auch die Kampagne, die wir zusammen mit den German Roamers umgesetzt haben. Das sind 15 Fotografen, die mit 2,5 Millionen Followern zur größten Outdoor Community Europas auf Instagram zählen. Wir haben dadurch auf Instagram über 100.000 Likes generiert und über 700.000 Views unserer Instagram Stories. Deswegen steht jetzt schon fest, dass wir das Thema in jedem Fall im neuen Haus wieder aufleben lassen, um einen gewissen Modegrad in unser Sortiment zu holen. Die Kampagne zielt zudem auf den Standort München ab. Diese Urbane Outdoor Kultur gäbe es nur in München, sagen Sie. Was heißt das im Klartext – und was ist der Unterschied zu Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart oder Frankfurt? Naja, der Unterschied ist einfach, das wir hier in München neben viel Natur und Kultur, auch die Nähe zu den Bergen spüren. Diese Nähe drücken wir Münchner dann in einem speziellen Look aus, der in anderen Städten entsprechend anders aussehen wird. Klar definieren wir das dann auch als „Urbane Outdoor Kultur“ – bringen das Thema aber mit anderen Aktivitäten in Verbindung wie zum Beispiel Hamburg mit der Nähe zum Wasser. is the leisurely dressed customer who likes it rustic, simple but yet sportively modern. Nevertheless we want to remain true to our base orientation and our brand core. Firstly our focus is on the active sportsman whom we want to offer a matching product range. When that customer also finds great every day outfits in our shops we are, of course, happy about that. That’s also why brands which, like ourselves have a clear position in the outdoor and sports segment are part of our main product range. We want to remain a specialist sports retailer and not become a fashion house after all. Despite everything many outdoor brands’ styles are naturally ideally combinable with lifestyle eye catchers like a sneaker by Nike or Adidas. Accordingly we also have those in our area of course. How was the segment received by the customer and how did the end consumer react? We are very pleased with the feedback we received for the campaign. The response was great and we sold accessories like bags, rucksacks and hats especially well, as well as light jackets and packable jackets. The customer profile we were thereby able to determine opens up new insights to us as a sports house. I do believe that many visited the area in the entrance area especially due to the leisurely presentation and thereby came into contact with Sport Schuster for the first time. The campaign we implemented with the German Roamers surely did well for us, too. That’s 15 photographers who, with 2.5 million followers, are part of the biggest Outdoor Community in Europe on Instagram. We thereby generated more than 100.000 Likes and over 700.000 views of our Instagram stories. That’s why it is already written in stone that we are definitely going to revive the topic in our new store in order to get a certain element of fashion into our product range. The campaign is additionally aimed at the location Munich – Urban Outdoor Culture that only exists in Munich. What does that mean simply put – and what is the difference to Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart or Frankfurt? Well, the difference is simply that we in Munich also feel the proximity to the mountains apart from a lot of nature and culture. This proximity is portrayed by us Munich residents in a special look which will look accordingly different in other towns. Mit zwei verschiedenen Aktionsflächen im Erdgeschoss setzte man sich mit „Urbaner Outdoor Kultur“, wie sie in München gelebt wird, auseinander. The campaign, which was designed together with the outdoor bloggers & photographers from German Roamers, was placed parallel to the promotion at Sport Schuster.
