Celebrated interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon
captured the essence of the hotel’s heritage and
re-interpreted the historic art deco style to create
an authentic experience for today’s global explorers.
“I was inspired by the fin-de-siècle era and the
Vienna Secession, which was at its peak when the
hotel opened,” says Pierre-Yves Rochon. “My vision
is to bring the Bristol back to its original style and
charm as the art deco jewel of the city.” Situated
next to the Vienna State Opera, Hotel Bristol is the
place in the Austrian capital where Viennese society
as well as global travellers and persons of great
consequence meet to experience the city’s social
and cultural scene since its opening in 1892. Today,
the six-floor facility offers 127 rooms and 23 suites
for hosting guests from all over the world.
