Mr Hazzard asked the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety why outpatients at the<br />
Royal Vic<strong>to</strong>ria Hospital, Belfast, have <strong>to</strong> wait up <strong>to</strong> six hours <strong>to</strong> receive their medication and be<br />
discharged from hospital compared with outpatients at the Belfast City Hospital who can collect their<br />
medication and be discharged immediately.<br />
