On the closure of the vacant Staff Training Unit the locker rooms were converted in<strong>to</strong> a 22 bed<br />

residential unit which became the Working-out Unit. In 2002 (approximately) the title of the Unit was<br />

changed <strong>to</strong> the Prisoner Assessment Unit.<br />

Registered Firearms Dealers<br />

Mr Campbell asked the Minister of Justice <strong>to</strong> detail the number of Registered Firearms Dealers in each<br />

of the last ten years.<br />

Case of Brian Brendan Lynch at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court<br />

Lord Morrow asked the Minister of Justice, pursuant <strong>to</strong> AQW13022/11-15, (i) <strong>to</strong> provide a timeline of<br />

each appearance at court since the first appearance, detailing whether each adjournment was at the<br />

request of the prosecution or the defence; and (ii) what is the nature of the delay that is holding up the<br />

progress of this case.<br />
