A special gel loading buffer with orange G as single dye, optimised for very<br />

short gel runs. Orange G migrates in parallel with very small DNA fragments,<br />

indicating approx. the maximal separation distance in very short runs<br />

(see fig. 6). Also very well suited in order to avoid concealing of<br />

important DNA-bands by bromophenol blue or xylene cyanol.<br />
