The 1x loading buffer contains: Tris, sodium-acetat, EDTA,
bromophenol blue, xylene cyanol and glycerol (see fig. 1).

A special gel loading buffer without xylene cyanol and with slightly reduced
bromophenol blue, optimised for high-throughput gel electrophoresis (see
fig. 2). Additionally, the buffer may be diluted to 0.6fold if the bromophenol
blue might cloud some DNA-bands.
Each batch is tested for its functionality in electrophoresis.
The 6x loading buffer contains: Tris, sodium-acetat, EDTA, bromophenol
blue and glycerol.

A special gel loading buffer without bromophenol blue, optimised for gel
electrophoresis of small fragments. Prevents DNA bands of small
fragments from being concealed by bromophenol blue,
even in high concentrated agarose gels (see fig. 3).

xylene cyanol and glycerol.

optimised for very short separation distances.

A special gel loading buffer with orange G as single dye, optimised for very
short gel runs. Orange G migrates in parallel with very small DNA fragments,
indicating approx. the maximal separation distance in very short runs
(see fig. 6). Also very well suited in order to avoid concealing of
important DNA-bands by bromophenol blue or xylene cyanol.
Each batch is tested for its functionality in electrophoresis.

orange G and glycerol.

the precipitated RNA can be solubilised directly in Roti ® -Load RNA.

Roti ® -Load RNA contains: formamide, MOPS, Na-acetate, EDTA,
formaldehyde, bromophenol blue and ethidium bromide; pH 7.0.
