The 2009 and 2010 data on granted options reflect
the non-vesting of the options for the Board of
Management in respect of the 2006 and 2007 provisional
grants respectively, where the performance
conditions had not been met. These were the last
options granted to the Board of Management under the
old (2005) LTI. For all presently outstanding options,
vesting is solely subject to fulfilling the continued
employment condition.
