Corporate Strategy<br />

In line with the Corporate Planning Process, the<br />

Company has developed a new Strategy Plan for the<br />

time frame 2011 – 2015. The improved market conditions<br />

are reflected in the strategic objectives for the<br />

coming five years, which have been enhanced compared<br />

to the previous Strategic <strong>2010</strong>-2012 Plan. The<br />

objectives are structured in 3 broad categories; top-line<br />

increase, bottom-line enhancement and optimization<br />

of business processes and asset utilization. The<br />

Corporate Objectives are supported by Business Area<br />

Plans, across the Company’s main areas of activities:<br />

Lease and Operate, Turnkey Systems and Turnkey<br />

Services.<br />

The strategy draws upon the outcome of a number of<br />

Strategy Seminars held with the senior management<br />

team and will continue to be reviewed on an annual<br />

basis taking into account significant developments in<br />

the market place and any external events that would<br />

affect the Company’s business.<br />

The Company’s Corporate Strategic Planning process,<br />

as outlined above, starts with the Company’s Vision,<br />

followed by the Mission statement and the definition of<br />

the Company’s Strategic Objectives.<br />

The Strategy Formulation consists of the development<br />

of the Business Area Objectives in support of the<br />

Corporate Objectives. Progress will be measured regularly<br />

and used as feedback for both the Business Area<br />

Objectives as well as the Corporate Objectives.<br />
